What Light's students are saying
"Some of my friends took Light's course and recommended him highly. However, even their glowing recommendations could not prepare me for how amazing this experience was for me. I'm hooked!"
— Maria, Chicago
"I was very depressed, had sleep issues, sadness, and a feeling of worthlessness. My doctor put me on antidepressants for 9 months. I also saw a Therapist and she used EMDR therapy. She also suggested meditation. I then went to Light and took his course in July of 2011 in Chicago. I can proudly now tell you I am off of all meds, I no longer see the Therapist, and I am still meditating. All I can say is thank you to God or what ever force sent me to see Light. I can see myself doing this the rest of my life."
— Jeff, Chicago
"I have been meditating for a year now, and I am the happiest I have ever been. My stress levels have dropped tremendously and I don't suffer from social anxiety as much."
— Christine, Los Angeles
"I was debating on whether to learn the practice and de-prioritize a lot of what was on my schedule or plan to do it during a better time for me. I am SO glad I decided to just go ahead and do it, even though it wasn't exactly convenient. Now, I am much more relaxed and clear on my goals and priorities, and I attribute this to my regular meditation practice."
— Sarah, Chicago
"It's been two years since I learned meditation with Light, and I can do things now that I couldn't do ten years ago. I'm stronger in many ways and freer mentally and emotionally."
— Cliff, New York
"I'm someone who has tried numerous methods of meditation - books, articles, used brain entrainment CDs and none of them resulted in a practice that I felt had an impact. Light's course offers a really important element that was missing in the other methods I've tried - guidance. I've suffered from insomnia and after a few weeks I noticed a positive shift in my sleeping."
— Jenny, Chicago
"I decided to try meditation when I contracted tinnitus in 2009. I am happy to report that with Light Watkins' help, my ear ringing has significantly diminished, and meditation has allowed me to have peaceful and uninterrupted sleep."
— Paula, Los Angeles
